TRICKY NEW THREATS NEVER CEASE
Criminals can hide spyware that downloads automatically when you open what seems like a harmless website. Sometimes they put up fraudulent pages in place of legitimate ones to steal sensitive information. Good friends on Facebook, LinkedIn, or X might sometimes share links to untrustworthy sites without even knowing it.

After installing the Trend Micro Privacy Scanner, you can easily spot links to risky websites and avoid opening them by mistake. What you don’t click can’t hurt you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Intuitive color-coded safety ratings integrate seamlessly and effortlessly into the results from popular search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Baidu. The same ratings apply to hyperlinks appearing in messages that you open in Gmail, as well as web-based email services from Microsoft and Yahoo.
No matter whether you prefer Facebook, LinkedIn, or X, links posted to all of them automatically receive ratings too. You can also easily audit the privacy settings for your favorite social networks directly from the browser window.
The toolbar can even check the settings of the web browser itself to help make sure that you do not reveal too much to untrustworthy websites.
If you want to know more about the safety of almost any website linked in a browser window, just hold the cursor still over the hyperlink for a couple of seconds.

- Always stuck to Trend for at least 25 years. In my opinion it does the best job to keep safe without interfering in what you are doing. Easy to set up automatic checks. A dream to work with and I hope they always stay with the format they have always used.

- VERY GOOD TO ALL PEOPLE THAT'S IS NOT WORKING, THIS IS A PAID VIRUS PROTECTION YOU MUST BUY IT AND HAVE THE CODE AFTER THAT YOU CAN ACTIVATE IT, IT LAST ABOUT 1 YEAR. ALSO I SAW PEOPLE COMPLAINING POP UP ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT. AND YOU CAN TURN OFF AND ON THE HIGHLIGHTING It actually doing its job, perfectly fine. I actually tested it, it blocks the page. Been using it almost a year not a single problem. What I like this virus protection it scans my computer every month, you also can schedule it when it scan your computer. All around good Anti Virus Protection👍

- I cannot turn off the highlighting in emails. The help and AI Assistant is not helpful. Screenshots do not match the screen. I cannot find the settings to turn off. I do not have the time to go through endless screens to nowhere.

- Getting worst and worst. I cannot even send emails via google since it blocks me with the statement of "block to send personal info", when I am not even doing so. Then when I tried to temporary unblock, there is a timer and it doesnt even allow me to type my password. I am seriously thinking to change the antivirus. Help support did not help me neither with this issue and asked to re-install Chrome, which I did but I did not fix it neither. Really disappointing the service.

- The product has been very difficult to use lately, they have made it so secure I can't even break in, log in to my own account. Now when I tried to renew the product figuring I would get a fresh start, I have to call someone to do that. I am going to remove this from my computer and find a new security package. If I can't identify something new, I'll go back to McAfee or Norton?

- the more I learn about cyber security, the less I trust anything, anywhere. I don't really have a rating to give because I cant tell if Chrome, Trend (all products), my PC, myself or all of the above are F0^!3d up. Praise Jesus.

- I am here like everyone else...same issue with the Google extension not being recognized by the software. It has been this way for the last two years. I would think that the developers would have had this fixed by now. It is very annoying to uninstall and reinstall something that you already have. It is becoming a waste of time and bothersome and is increasingly becoming a con in renewing the software. Please fix it with the next update.

In addition, it is slow as a turtle and prevents me from opening attachments. Please, Please fix. I have had Trend for many years and have loved it minus the scans at times you asked it not to scan.
