No where on their chrome extension there is link to get support or FAQ contact us, etc... I reallyi hate companies that doesn't support customers after they signed up. It feels like they don't believe in their product, so just take quick cash up front and hide. Seemed like a great idea and features that I was looking for, but didn't work out at all with me. Also pricing says $0.88/TB/Month, but you have to buy 10TB. It's like you can say $1 per apple, but when you go buy it you have to buy truck load of them for $100000. Don't try to trick people and stand behind your product, because I think it started with a good idea.
