• (2021-05-06) Matt Krehbiel: Easy to use. Did what it said it would do with little complication. It would be nice if I could designate the destination of the copy, but it's easy to move from My Drive to where it goes. Glad to at least have an option to copy folders.
• (2020-10-12) Paul Davies: Love this extension , I use it a least twice a week , copying my 'New Project' Template Folder which includes all the sub folders I use for my marketing agency. The files are quite big as I create graphics for social media campaigns across all platforms so there are many templates for various sizes within each sub folder. The copy progress takes a 2-3 minutes , but that's OK, I always have other things to work on here at https://CrankStartMedia.com/ while waiting. Happy to pay the small once a year fee , and highly recommend

After testing this app under a different email address (to check that it worked) Stéphane responded to my request to permanently transfer my license to another email address. merci beaucoup !

I use it both to copy my own folders for ease of sharing with specific groups/projects and for making folders other have shared with me - into collections of files which I own. It saves me time as I don't need to copy folder contents file by file and then rename each. I love Folder Copy.
• (2016-03-21) João Oliveira: It doesn't allow me to choose the destination of the copy. It takes too long to make the copy. You have to wait for an email to know that the copy was completed. For me it was a waste of my money.

Some simple configurations would be nice: * Notification email on/off * automatic delete of status spreadsheet when job was done successfully Suggested Improvements: * Possibility to choose target folder * instead opening new browser window, open box in Gdrive window for choosing target and name.

• (2015-10-10) Michele Timmons: All info prior to purchase clearly stated it was a paid app. Stephane is my hero! He responded to my questions almost instantaneously. I write grants and right now my team of 5 is getting ready to write 26 grants for 2 grant applications. While Gdrive is amazing for collaboration, we need to set up 26 different folders for our partners that all have the same basic information. It takes me forever to have to copy individual files and then create a new folder 26 times. This just saved me several hours of work at a time when I am already overwhelmed. I might be able to actually watch some American Football this afternoon:) Best thing is it is a perpetual license for $2. As a small business owner I greatly appreciate not being gouged.
• (2015-07-22) Heather Howell [Staff]: It was not obvious that this was a paid app, and that only appears after you allow the long list of permissions. Why does Google not have a feature within the drive program to copy a folder?
• (2015-06-06) Dan Halper: I had a bit of problems using the app at first because the app unfortunately copies the folder automatically in the top directory of Google Drive. It would be much better if the user could specify a target. However, Stephane proved to be an incredibly supportive customer service rep for his own app. The guy is way cool, and I would love to work with him to make this app even better and especially help the English documentation. It can take a little bit of time but it does work and seems to be the best solution on the market. Well worth the price. Merci Beaucoup Mssr. Stephane.
