I've had to contact their support team a few times, and they responded very quickly and helped me solve my problems. They also update the extension often and add new features. Pros: It was very easy to set up my social media profiles with Engagement Monster AI, allowing me to automatically manage comments and reactions. To start an automation campaign, I put together all the elements (like adding my Open AI API key) and then use the AI to help write the comments. Cons: It takes some time and practice to get used to Engagement Monster AI's automatic features. I'm still learning how to use it myself, but that isnt' specific to this extension. There are so many great things about this tool that I can't complain and it's well worth the small cost.
