- I downloaded the extension, placed it in my nav bar, but the extension won't open when its clicked.

- Clicking on the extension icon does nothing. I read a review below which said that in the middle of the screen a box appears, but guess what? A box doesn't appear too. Why'd you just bait us to download without you testing it out?
