- (2022-03-03) Prashant Negi: instagram story videos are of lower quality. instagram story images and post images are of maximum quality but are in PNG instead of JPG. So take up a lot of space. Comparing the same PNG with JPG version from another extension by overlay comparison shows that they are of the exact same quality. So no point in saving them in PNG format and wasting disk storage.
