Tab Recall is a Google Chrome extension which enables fast recall of tabs.
To use Tab Recall, simply hit cmd+shift+O (Mac) or ctrl+shift+O (Windows/Linux) to activate pop-up menu. Then, follow short-keys in the pop-up menu to switch tabs.
