It renders web pages better than Firefox's owner reader mode view!. The UX is modeled after Safari's reader view. (2023-08-29) Pat MySecret: Love the simplicity that this Reader view will let you add a domain to auto load with! One drawback: I couldn't copy/paste from.. even when using keyboard shortcuts Workaround: added the extension Superior Allow Copy Does a nice job of highlighting, adding notes, etc.

Chrome's built-in reader mode, the one that you must enable trough a flag, is lackluster, and doesn't work 30-40% of the time. Even when it works, the output is far from perfect. Most other reading mode extensions have lots of clutter, unnecessary features, advertising and bad UI. Edge has the best built-in reader mode - but this extension is miles ahead of any of them. Kudos!
