• (2025-06-17) Alexander Gomes: I was manually updating cover letters and separate resumes for each career opportunity, which took hours with Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word, but Teal makes it all centralized in one location and helps track your process step by step. It is helpful in organizing everything, and the AI tools are very helpful and intuitive.

• (2025-06-12) Jonathan F: Absolutely the best tool for the job search! I installed the Chrome plug-in and it's literally 2 clicks to grab a job posting from from LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc. and pull it into Teal so you can easily track when and where you are applying.

• (2025-06-06) Dominick R. DiGioia: I used to love this extension, but the new release has made it almost impossible to use. I used Teal because it was easier to use than a spreadsheet, and the chrome extension made it easy to add jobs to my tracker. With the new extension, it now has to be pinned to the side, squeezing my screen real-estate. It also no longer displays critical information about jobs, including salary information. I also have found it has a harder time parsing job sites or no longer imports the right information into Teal. I understand that they were trying to essentially consolidate more into the extension, but it came at the cost of the core reason that the extension was useful. The extension used to be the reason why I started using Teal. With the new changes, I think it's going to be time to find another resource as the new extension is significantly slowing me down. It's a real shame, and hopefully the developers will roll this back.

This extension has saved so much time by allowing me to bring job descriptions into the Teal app so that I can keep everything centralized. It even allows the import of jobs from sites that the extension isn't already setup to import from.

It's everything in one place, and it highlights the areas where I could do a better job of including keywords from the job description into my resume. I can choose different factors from the job description and match the tone of the posting to generate a cover letter and then edit it myself, which is so helpful, because getting started is always the hardest part for me. Being able to track the details of each job is really helpful, too, way easier than the spreadsheet I was using.

The paid version of the site is even more incredible and well worth purchasing. I have used so many different products that are similar in varying degrees but this has been the most comprehensive tracker I have used. Teal keeps everything organized, helps easily review and customize resumes and cover letters specifically to the job you are applying to and works well with many job listing sites. They've even update recently so some things that weren't a big deal before besides being a slight inconvenience are even better now! I will forever suggest Teal to others.

I've been using Teal now frequently for the last 2/3 months and I cannot see I am disappointed at all. It's really helpful and integrates AI very well. I'd highly recommend it for people who are mass applying for jobs and just want to track everything as much as possible. Teal, you've done a great job with this!

I love the idea of synching up a job description with a custom-built resume to put my best foot forward and help the hiring team see how my experiences are best suited to solve their problems. I also appreciate the comprehensive info Teal provides in their Knowledge Base. Not only do they have info on how to use their product, but they have best practices about how to approach the job search process itself. Regarding trackers, Teal provides a way to easily track Jobs, Contacts, and Companies, as well as follow-up communication. I do wish that there was more integration between the Job/Company/Contact trackers, but the capability available now is still really helpful. Thank you TEAL!

I like the note taking feature that helps me prepare for interviews and save relevant contacts for the position. My job search has been long. I've used this tracker for over 2 years now; it has helped make my search sustainable on a weekly basis.
