Adds RE and CP to Stryd Power Center

This extension will add RE, CP, and Stride Length to both Selection summary at the top of your run and each lap interval. It will also add W/kg and FPR to the Selection summary.
There is an options page that can be assessed by clicking the extension in your toolbar. In the options page you can set your weight which will be used to calculate RE for each run. If your weight was different on a previous run you will have to update it before looking at that run. The default weight setting is 70kg so if you have an RE value that seems way off you should check your weight in the extension. It also allows to manually set CP however the extension is able to find the correct CP that was used by Stryd during each run. You can toggle on/off all options except RE now in the options page.
The settings are stored in Chrome and maintained across all browsers if you have used a google account to login on your browser.
RE can be different between the selection summary and the lap interval when clicking a lap that Stryd displays meters. This is because the selection summary rounds using Miles or Kilometers and the value might be different. IE .68 km vs 684 meters. The summary RE will be calculated with 680meters while the lap will be calculated with 684 meters.
