The OpenComments extension enables you to make comments about a Web site so that anyone navigating to the site and who has added the extension to their Chrome browser would be signaled that comments exist for the site by a change in color of the OpenComments icon. By clicking the icon they may read all the comments make and, if desired, add their own comments or respond to the existing ones.
