Set titles of papers on arXiv as <title> of the pdf-tabs.
Fixes the tab's title to the name of the paper on arXiv pdf and abstract pages.
Especially useful if one is using an extension like The Great Suspender.

Edit: as of 2024, the extension stopped working and now all tab titles are "Unknown title". Please fix it! A much needed feature. This should be arXiv's default behavior.
