You can also download formats such as avif and jfif that you can download from Google but cannot open on your computer, as jpg or png. All you have to do is right-click on the image and select the format you want to download.

(2025-02-28) Paul: This extension does what it says. You can save Jfif and other image types from websites to the following formats: jpg, png, and webp. A new item is added to the right-click context menu called "Save convert image as type." It works, and it saves a lot of time over having to open the image in an editing program.
