MathStudio is the most powerful online computational software available for Chrome. MathStudio beautifully renders all results as HTML using a custom written typesetting engine that surpasses Wolfram Alpha in speed and quality of results.
Combine the power of MathStudio's computer algebra system to plots graphs never thought possible on on the web. Graphs can be moved in real-time with a mouse or by touch on mobile devices.
Create scripts in MathStudio's powerful symbolic programming language. Use the Slider function to create interactive controls that change the values of variables in plots and expressions! Save your work using your Google Drive account and have access to your files from anywhere in the world.
MathStudio is math for the modern web.

- (2015-04-24) Rainier Chia: This app is great as it could work on mobile devices offline. But now it sells $788 on OSX. It is too expensive. I'd rather use Wolfram Mathematica, as the latter one is always trustful. The RISK of using Mathstudio would overwhelm their price difference. 2 years ago I got wrong results with this app when calculating some 2nd order differential equations. This is why I still have strong suspicion on its correctness, although this time its results seem better.
- (2014-06-17) Allen Holmes: This app (web site) has the potential of being absolutely the best version of math studio. It has a way to go to reach the five star level, but it surely should get there. On a Chromebook now, one has access to GeoGebra, Desmos, and Wolfram Alpha. This app really complements that package. When we can store and share files on Google Drive, that will be a breakthrough. Almost ready to be a paid-for app. Keep up the good work!
- (2014-03-10) Andrew. Pang: excellent
- (2013-12-09) Jasper Deng: Great CAS with various functions (one of the very few capable of vector calculus operations), but being able to plot a custom definite integral (such as an antiderivative of the Gamma function) is missing. Would be nice if cross() supported tensor operations too (exterior product in general), but that's already asking for a lot.
