Pleco Chinese Dictionary is an ultimate learning assistant for any Android user. A free app that combines two dictionaries is available for download. Through the combined Chinese and English dictionary, you can easily read the Chinese language. There are eight additional dictionaries available as an option.
You can look up anonymous typescripts by typing them in a basic free version or you can look up unknown Chinese words by simply pointing your phone's camera at them. This application supports ordinary and simplified characters, handwriting, stroke order, and search. You can tap on a Chinese language note or any PDF file in Pleco and the dictionary will look up the word or sentence.
