This app is a wrapper for the Emby web client.
Embedded within the Emby server is a full-featured HTML5 client that will allow you to access your library. This app allows you to simply connect to the web client locally or from anywhere with internet access (proper router configuration will be required).
Together with a rich interface for your library, the web client also contains a full-featured metadata editor that allows you to take complete control of the data associated with your items.
NOTE: You will need Emby installed in order to use this app. Go to http://emby.media for information and install instructions.

- (2020-10-27) Ross Erman Canpolat: Doesn't work. I click it and get a blank white screen. (Vivaldi Chromium Browser)
- (2018-05-18) Tyler: How do I switch fullscreen mode on and off? ESC turns it off. The fullscreen button on videos doesn't turn it back on. Is restarting the app the only way to turn it back on?
- (2017-12-25) Brian Mellyn: Looks like this has been updated. Playback looks just as good as the web client, has all the same features as well. My only complaint is that in full screen mode there is a bar at the top with the window controls and the bottom windows taskbar is visible. Solid app.
- (2016-10-05) William Timmons: Nice App for TV Tuner
- (2016-09-11) Brian Gabriel: No real function over the normal web browser. Very blocky playback when using transcode and seeking.
- (2016-08-12) Andrew Johnson: Now has full screen support.
- (2016-08-10) Ronaldus Thornton (Rronnz): Looks like a very useful app and work very well except for the full screen part of the app. 08/10
- (2016-06-25) Andriy Zasypkin: Fullscreen/borderless would be nice.
- (2016-06-03) All it does is open a window with a link to my server which opens a web page. This is not an app. I have no idea what it is.
- (2016-04-22) Bouke Timbermont: Is nothing but a wrapper for the webpage. Which would be fine, except it renders it with an ugly white border around it.
- (2016-04-11) Scott Aaron: Not sure what the purpose of this app is. Like Andrew, I was hoping for for some sort of key mapping but no such luck. This app is just pulling the website over while removing the ability to scale to the window and no fullscreen. I like Emby but do not like this app.
- (2016-02-05) Risto Ott: No fullscreen video and no keyboard interaction support. Total waste of time. Why cant there be similar to android app for chrome.
- (2016-02-03) Andrew Stubbs: Not quite as good as just going to the website. :-( The display will do neither full screen, nor shrink to smaller sizes. The website does both. I was hoping it would have mappings for the play/pause key, but no.
- (2016-01-21) Joel Bodenmann: It's awesome. All it really lacks is doing fullscreen.
- (2015-10-04) Tommy Marcus: Love, Love, Love Emby. I'm a supporter of this great software & app
- (2015-08-22) Bryan Jensen: If it would do full screen, I'd give it 5 stars.
- (2014-09-23) Joseph Willey (Joe): needs full screen support
- (2014-09-11) Mike “GugZi” Schack: i never use it becouse it go to fullscreen :(
- (2014-05-12) Antoine Cameau: Dave Butte has it correct in his review. All it needs is full screen functionality, and it'd get 5 stars.
- (2014-04-28) Dave Butte: It's alright. Nothing special, but a faster way to get to Media Browser on my Chromebook. Nothing will go full-screen, though.
