Open links, urls and new tabs next to your current tab by:
* Keyboard shortcut
* Keyboard shortcut + click
* Keyboard shortcut while hovering over a url (works for urls that are not clickable anchors like plain text etc)

- Would have been 5 stars, but only a short cut will open the tab next to current. If you use the + at the end of the title bar it will not open a tab next to the current one, but at the of the title bar.
