- Great idea and works perfectly. As someone who spends well over 4 hours online, whether that be for school, personal enjoyment, or research and study, the effect of the harshness of screen lighting should've been a problem of utmost concern. Yet for how detrimental eye strain is for sleep, health, or stress, I never found myself (in the 8+ years I've been actively gazing upon computer screens) actually working towards helping my eyes out. Thankfully, I can ease myself from this worry now.
