I had to add an extension to my browser and use my Google Account just to get: nothing

• (2021-01-04) Liudmila Rostsius: I found the extension useless for me as I couldn't download more then 1500 accounts because I was getting blocked by Instagram all the time. I wrote to [email protected] and requested a refund but received a letter that this email address was not found "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I'm asking for the refund here cause I don't see the other way to contact the seller.

• (2021-01-02) Frequently Fly: This extension seems very scam like. I paid for a PRO account and have not been able to get the extension to work as promised. Initially it would time out after loading about 20% of account. Eventually, the page stopped loading altogether. I enter an account and it just spins. Now, when I try to cancel my membership, I type 'cancel' in the box as instructed and do not receive an option to submit. I have tried SEVERAL times, with no luck. Again, this very much feels like a scam. If you are thinking about purchasing, or even using this service I DO NOT recommend doing so.

How do you expect that other customers will buy the pro version. if the simple version is not working & you do not even bother answer all these reviews.

• (2020-09-21) Craving Stilettos: If you have multiple Google accounts (as many of us do) and are logged into them, this extension utterly FAILS. Yes, it just hangs spinning. Logout of all your accounts and just sign in with one (or the one you want it to have access to) and it will work. This is not only a bug but complete design and QA/QC fail. How a Google Chrome extension developer doesn't know this and code for it is beyond me... For this and other reasons I's give this extension 0 stars if I could. The other big issue is the followers list grabbed by them is wholly incorrect! It is missing followers for my own account (I only have 145) that I can see from my login - which is not private - as well as another, also not private - account I have. Where does it fail? I have 5 followers that I don't follow back which are private accounts. Again, this is an expected use case and the developers just couldn't even think of it...
