This Chrome Appp connects your EV3 robot via the USB cable with the Open Roberta Lab. We recommend a connection via Wifi, but sometimes a Wifi dongle is not available or the connection to the Wifi network fails. For this reasons our app is a good choise.
This app works on Chrome Books, OS X und Linux systems. For Windows systems please have a look at our help pages and install the appropriate driver first.

- (2016-11-06) Matthew Moran: This is a great app! Works very well with LEGO Mindstorms; it's a phenomenal tool for students to learn programming and other STEM skills. Are there any plans to update the Chrome app so that is matches the capabilities of the new Open Roberta Windows USB program (i.e. compatibility with NXT)? If so, when can we expect a new version? This would make the app even better for schools like ours which use Chromebooks!
