File & Web Activity Monitor

This Chrome extension monitors file operations, including drag-and-drop actions, file selections through input dialogs, and browser-initiated downloads, logging all events to IndexedDB for persistence. It optionally transmits logs to a custom HTTP endpoint for seamless Elasticsearch integration, ensuring comprehensive tracking and analysis. To optimize storage, logs are automatically deleted from IndexedDB after a successful upload. The extension also features a user-friendly popup interface for viewing and managing logs. Designed for both individual users and enterprise environments, it supports managed deployment via Google Workspace, making it ideal for security auditing and compliance tracking.
