Despite waiting for hours, my issue has not been resolved, and the lack of timely updates has only added to my frustration. The customer support is unresponsive, and it feels like my concerns are not being taken seriously. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. A truly disappointing experience.

- The subscription was activated by mistake as I was not aware that UPI AutoPay was enabled. I did not intend to continue with the subscription, so I manually revoked the AutoPay mandate and am requesting a refund for the debited amount.

- Dear Support Team, I am writing to report an issue regarding an unexpected charge on my account and to formally request a refund. I downloaded your extension after seeing an offer for a **₹1 one-month plan**. I agreed only to this trial offer. However, after the completion of one month, an **auto-payment of ₹1198 was charged to my account without any clear notification or my explicit consent. I did not intentionally subscribe to any premium or high-value plan. The auto-renewal and pricing information were not clearly communicated, which is misleading and unacceptable. I request the following actions at the earliest: 1. **Immediate cancellation of my subscription** 2. **Full refund of ₹1198** charged to my account Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the refund status via email. - Found out the extension is working well, but got struck with one of the edge case where the tool was not able to help me resolve it and used the other ai model to resolve that particular issue. The model can be more advanced based on the user requirement felt lot of basic which will eat up the use case.

- The reviews anyone seeing so far are paid reviews or they are there employees. I am sharing my experience I think someone has already written about that. I downloaded this extension and for 1 month plan they asked for Rs 1 but after completion of 1 month there is auto-pay generated in my account of Rs 2988. I was unaware of this. So I visit there site but they don't provide any details or info regarding the subscription plan or about this auto-pay. In my profile there is no subscription plan. Subscription plan fees are not even as much as this auto-pay generated. So why this payment when you are making a free option in your service. I only request you to please cancel my subscription if any. And please guide me to how to unsubscribe you. If you are a valid company before expanding your service please provide atleast one working customer care number or any working email there is an email below which your team don't check any update. If these condition are not fullfiling from your side then please Stop making these FRAUD services.
