Unable to set up favourites, hide conversions that are not needed/never used,

Unable to set up favourites, hide conversions that are not needed/never used, cannot expand the window to make it easier to view if needed, cannot add to Chrome App Launcher to have available quickly/or if Chrome isn't opened.The preferences tab look nothing like the screen shot in the overview tab, at least on my computer.
