- I am BEGGING You. Please remove the picture that says, "Please click GET to complete the setup." I help older folks install this all the time, and 9/10 times, they get stuck in a loop clicking on the picture and getting annoyed that it's not installing. Extension is probably fine.

- I have been using this program for about 14 years and never had any issues with it. I have it on 4 different computers and and has protected me from dangerous web sites. No problems with updates. If you call the people to help you, they do. It does a scan an all my computers often.

- This year when it was time to renew & have had nothing but problems installing on my laptop. You end up in a continual loop & getting no where. You remove the extension that says is already installed but then when you click on the get again add extension then it tells me I have reached the maximum number of installations although on my account it shows that I can still add a device namely my laptop. I have lost count of the number of times I have gone through the exercise but even with so called help from support staff still not getting anywhere. I think it would be best to get a refund & buy another product. Would give a negative rating if possible.

- I have never had a trouble with Trend Micro... and those of you that say this doesn't work... if you notice up under the remove button it says "add-on is already installed on your browser"... thank you, Trend Micro!!!

- I bought trend micro device security for my new laptop. Activated my key, but cannot install. Going in circles. The license says it is active till 2026, but when trying to install by clicking the GET button it says license has expired. Doesn't work.

- I am an active member, I reset my laptop and wish to install again but coudnt get an activation code from four different agents. Had emailed three times no results. Ironically, as a paying member, I opted for a free trial just to get protection. I need a refund because your service is an absolute disgrace. I would have given you a negative rating luckily for you there is no such options.

- Although it says Press Get to install, it also says it is already installed if you look at the small text under the Remove button. You would think if it is already installed the Get button wouldn't be available to you.

- sadly TREND HAS DROOPED THE BALL been with TREND for over 20 years now , there add on fails with Microsoft Edge. time to look for another anti virus as them don't care anymore

- getting fed up with trend keep sending me reminders to install the microsoft protection program ive tried soo many times to get it installed but to no avail i give up im just waisting my time and effort id like to see staff at trend to try and install this program successfully installed get your act together trend and fix this program or simply get rid of this program completely and get another program that does work properly and does get fully installed properly
