• (2025-07-05) aesthete: even subscribed to premium version and binded the license but it stopped deleting tweets after deleting 1.5k tweets and started showing me "twitter API rate limit has been exceeded. try again later". pls explain why is this happening and what am i to do?

• (2025-06-21) CS Austin: There is a bug where if you choose to delete retweets and let it run, it still shows that you've retweeted a post even though the retweet button isn't selected (it's not highlighted green anymore). Even if I manually retweet it again and then undo the retweet, it's still stuck on my page. All these retweets are now stuck on my profile permanently under the "Replies" tab. Very bizarre.

• (2025-05-02) Yos Beda: This plugin works as expected on my setup: Chrome Version 136.0.7103.48 on macOS Sequoia 15.4. The problem is the deletion speed is not good enough. One hour only deletes about 1,000-2,000 tweets. In my case, I want to delete 40,000-50,000 tweets from each of my multiple accounts. A better approach seems to be using the tweetXer.js script by ucahammer that utilizes tweet-headers.js (from the "Download archive" setting on your Twitter account), which has a deletion rate of about 10,000-20,000 per hour.

• (2024-12-07) Rhiannon Elizabeth Irons: Installed in hopes of erasing my entire Twitter history - that's a lot of tweets! After "reading" around 3200 tweets, the extension closed on itself and hasn't erased anything. I am well aware that erasing over 106k tweets would take some work, but when nothing was removed at all, it's safe to say this doesn't work and my best bet would be to just close my account all together.

Checked back today it basically only deleted the past two years worth of tweets. Tried running it again and after an hour it crashed my Chrome. Now whenever I run it it opens Twitter and then closes. Doesn't work anymore at all.
