Business English Coach turns Chrome into a mini training app for managers, students, and professionals who want to master real-world business vocabulary.
The extension comes with 1,000+ curated business terms (finance, marketing, management, HR, projects, strategy, and more), each with a clear definition and a natural example sentence. Everything is bundled inside the extension so you can study without signing up or loading any external website.
⭐ What you can do
Study one focused term at a time
A clean flashcard view in the Chrome side panel shows:
The term (large, clear heading)
Category & level tags (e.g., Finance · Intermediate)
A concise definition
A realistic example sentence
Browse and filter the vocabulary
Search by word, definition, or example
Filter by category (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, Projects, Strategy, etc.)
Filter by level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced)
Switch between all words or only your saved words
Save your favourite words
Click “Save this word” in the side panel to star it
Open the Saved words overlay to see your personal list
Remove saved items when you no longer need them
Toggle “Saved only” mode to study just your starred terms
Get reminder popups during the day
Turn on reminder notifications in Settings
Choose how often they appear (e.g., every 30, 60, 90 minutes…)
Pick which category and level those reminders should use
Each notification shows:
The word (title)
The definition (message)
A short example (context line)
Click “Save this word” in the notification to add it to your list with one click
Fast access from the toolbar
Click the extension icon and Chrome opens the side panel directly
Perfect for quick reviews between tasks or meetings
🧩 How it works
After installing, click the extension icon to open the side panel.
Use Random term, Next, or Previous to move through flashcards.
Use search, category, and level filters to focus on what you need.
Press “Save this word” to build your own personal list.
Open Settings to:
Turn reminder notifications on/off
Set the interval in minutes
Pick category and level for reminder words
When a reminder appears, optionally click “Save this word” on the notification.
