Redirect all valid URL to Spotify Desktop App

When you click to link "open.spotify.com", the extension redirects to Spotify Desktop App and closes the tab. For the first redirect, set the "always allow" option so that the redirect will work automatically in the future.
Support link to: track, playlist, user, artist, album, show, episode.
To disable redirection, disable the extension in the browser.

- Супер! Мало того, что прямая ссылка в приложение заработала, так еще и открытие вкладки сайта Spotify перестало отрубать мне второй монитор (нашел это расширение как раз в поисках устранения проблемы)
