The intelligent writing assistant for Substack. Draft, refine, and schedule Notes with AI-powered tools.
Write & schedule 30 days of Substack Notes in 5 minutes.
SubflowAI is the scheduling tool Substack forgot to build. Batch-create your Notes, schedule them weeks ahead, and let the extension publish automatically while you focus on writing and engaging with others.
🗓️ SCHEDULE SUBSTACK NOTES
Substack lets you schedule newsletters but not Notes. SubflowAI fixes that. Pick a date and time, and your Note posts automatically. See your entire content calendar at a glance.
⚡ QUICK TIME SLOTS
One-click scheduling for optimal posting times (configurable): 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm. No more guessing when to post. Adjust in settings as per your needs.
🤖 AI-POWERED CONTENT REPURPOSING USING YOUR BRAND VOICE
Paste any article URL or long-form content. SubflowAI generates 7 unique Note variations - enough for a full week. Edit, tweak, and batch-schedule them all at once. Turn one blog post into a week of Notes.
🎤 BRAND VOICE
Your notes should sound like you, not a robot. Configure your identity, tone, content frameworks, and signature phrases. Every AI-generated note reflects your unique writing voice.
✨ AI EDITING TOOLS
Four AI-powered editing commands built into the editor:
• Fix Grammar - clean up errors instantly
• Make Punchy - tighten your writing for impact
• Shorten - cut the fluff
• Expand - add depth and detail
@ MENTIONS & LINK PREVIEWS
Tag other Substack writers with @mentions that work natively. Paste any URL and get rich link preview cards - just like the Substack editor.
📅 VISUAL CALENDAR
See all your scheduled, published, and draft Notes in a monthly calendar view. Plan your content strategy visually.
✍️ DISTRACTION-FREE EDITOR (IMAGES, EMOJI SUPPORTED)
Rich text editor with bold, italic, lists, quotes, code blocks, emoji picker, and image support. Smart formatting that works perfectly with Substack.
📥 BULK IMPORT & SCHEDULE
Import multiple notes via JSON. Paste your content, generate variations for each, and batch-schedule them all at once. Perfect for planning content weeks ahead.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Log into Substack in any browser tab (MUST-HAVE)
2. Install SubflowAI and open the dashboard
3. Write a Note, use AI to repurpose content, or bulk import
4. Pick dates/times (or use quick slots)
5. Done - SubflowAI publishes when the time comes
IMPORTANT: HOW SCHEDULING WORKS
SubflowAI uses Chrome's built-in scheduler. For your Notes to post on time:
• You must be logged into Substack in your Chrome browser
• Keep Chrome running (can be in background)
• Keep your computer awake or scheduled to wake
If Chrome is closed or your computer is asleep at post time, the Note will post when you next open Chrome.
PRIVACY
SubflowAI uses your existing Substack session - no passwords stored. Your content stays on your device until published. See our full privacy policy for details.
Built for Substack writers who want to batch-schedule their content creation and stay consistent without daily effort.

- This extension is incredible! It makes my life as a Substack creator much easier. I don't need to post notes manually, and the ability to generate notes from existing content is an added bonus. I used to waste so much time trying to convert my content into valuable notes. Now, I just click a few buttons and the extension does it for me. It also schedules each note in a smart way to fill your week. The scheduling distribution has been great so far! I don't have to worry about covering the same topic one day and then having nothing the next. I'm amazed by this, and I know there's nothing else like it out there.

- SubflowAI genuinely feels like the missing piece in my Substack workflow. Being able to plan and schedule Notes weeks ahead has taken away the daily pressure to post on time. The AI repurposing is surprisingly useful and helps turn one good idea into multiple engaging Notes without feeling repetitive. I also love the quick time slots and the clean calendar view, they make planning feel calm and intentional. The editor is simple, focused, and actually enjoyable to use. This is clearly built by someone who understands how Substack writers think and work.
