- (2019-05-16) Allan Jackson: Love this app! It takes the guess work out creating a program and contains work out videos to guide in you performing exercises correctly. Who needs a trainer? It helps you identify any existing injuries, so you can avoid, or develop your weak muscles. Plus it adapts as your strength increases and already I can see and feel the difference in 3 months. Now I have modified my settings to train particular body parts on specific days and cannot wait to see what results I can achieve.

It's unclear how each workout is decided and if you accidentally hit that you've completed one it's nearly impossible to clear it. adding additional specific exercises is also difficult and there is no functionality to see a log of what you've done in previous workouts. It connects to fitbit etc. but does not actually use any of that data beyond recording your weight. overall i think the idea is great, but i'd like to see it polished and more functional.
- (2019-01-09) Ryan Bertorello: This app is great, the workout are amazing and fit my needs. the best thing about it is the fact if I don't know an exercise is i can watch a video that shows me what to do. If you can't or don't want to afford a personal trainer this is the next best thing maybe even better.
- (2018-12-21) Pretty good app to help you get in shape. Gives you a varied workout based on the available equipment at your gym. Or even workouts to do at home or when you are on the road. I mostly use the android app and not the web version. However the web version is good to help you plan your workout and become familiar with some of the exercises.

- (2018-09-05) Carla T.: Been using app for 14 weeks and I am truly grateful for the workouts I've done because my once hourglass body changed into an apple thanks to menapausal-symptoms; but after all the working out (mostly at home) - I can say Wow look at me!!!! However, the app is NOT user-friendly in my opinion as I've learned the hard way never to scroll the "wrong way" during a session or I'm stuck doing something I didn't want to and can't figure out how to "go back" to where I was; also found that once the workout "begins", the app starts clocking how long you take to complete it, and there is no pause button... There are NO DIRECTIONS that I can find, not in app or on the site. And I have tons of questions like, that does "missed workout" mean? Does it mean click this if you are about to miss this workout???? Who knows!! I'm scared to click buttons now because I got burned in the past. Forgot to say I have the setting kinda high and it is kicking my butt but that's great. Yes I recommend it but beware the app may or may not make sense to you, depending on it you are a novice to apps or not.

I can add the weight I am using for certain exercises, also it give me personalized routines according to my goals, and it improves the exercises as I am improving myself, is just great!! I really recommended. Also I login into their website to see it, and it is really complete, I can also add my measurements, which is something I am looking to have since I want to gain some muscle.

The developers obviously really care about their product and the users. It gives you all the guidance of a built-in program (like Freeletics or PX90), with none of the rigidity or assumptions about your fitness goals, aptitudes, or schedule. It even fixes your posture and checks in with you to see how you're feeling on a particular day, and adjusts your workout accordingly. And that's just the free version! Everything it does, it does smarter than its peers. Other apps are your typical personal trainers - this app is your board certified physiologist.
