Loved that it allowed me to personalise my correspondance with my audience and that as each email went though individually, they were less likely to get spammed. Wish that it allowed for more than 50 emails per day. 100 per day would better suit my needs.

• (2023-10-19) Janet Oyende: I was so stuck with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. The emails were just not going through. Then I thought, why not try an add-in on Gmail and found MergeMail. Super! it sorted me ought excellently. Except for the limit of 50 mails a day.

But I couldn't start with it because it only offers a month of technical support, and I needed to start a campaign, though I won't be able to be active for a couple of weeks. I didn't want to lose out on the technical support. So I looked for an alternative in the meantime and found MergeMail. It does a great job and it's so much easier than I thought this would be. (I used a different free extension at first, but in order to format the message -- or even to have line breaks -- it was necessary to put HTML code into the message. So it's a big plus that MergeMail works right out of the Gmail "compose" section.

So previously I was not able to send large number to emails but after installing Mail Merge I am loving it. As now I can sent upto 50 emails but need that to be increased a little bit.
