How does GMass compare to other Gmail extensions?

Mixmax: cool extension, but you have to use its external web portal to send campaigns. With GMass, the magic happens inside Gmail, using just the red GMass button.
Yesware: similar to Mixmax, you can't send campaigns inside Gmail. You have to use their web interface.
Plus, both Mixmax and Yesware are more expensive than GMass.
Mailtrack and Snov.io: Lets you track individual emails, but with GMass, you can eliminate Mailtrack and Snov.io because GMass can track both individual emails and campaign emails. Use the GMass button on both one-on-one emails and campaigns.
Copper: Good CRM system, but not meant for sending email campaigns. Same for
Gmelius and Streak CRM.

- I’ve been using GMass for a bit now to send personalized emails directly from Gmail, and it does exactly what it claims. The mail merge and follow up features save a lot of time compared to sending emails manually, especially when reaching out to multiple people. I like that everything stays inside Gmail and doesn’t feel like a separate tool I have to manage. There’s a small learning curve at the beginning, but once you understand how campaigns and tracking work, it’s pretty smooth and reliable. - I'm running cold email campaigns for my business and needed something that works with my automation setup. GMass API is solid - I connected it to n8n and built a workflow where I can draft, send, and track replies all through API calls. Not many email tools give you this level of control. The documentation could be better in some places but once you figure it out, it just works. If you're technical and want to automate beyond the basic UI, this is probably your best option inside Gmail.

- The product is quite easy to use and I would imagine would be quite helpful but unfortunately ever since I connected my email account to GMass my emails are getting marked as spam, are getting blocked, and my sending capabilities are being restricted significantly below the normal 500 emails per day. To clarify I am sending follow up emails to potential clients who have already reached out to me and never had this problem before working with GMass.

- I have tried different tools for email marketing that makes it very difficult to have advanced tools or very expensive pricing, but with gmass I have had the opportunity to do automation of email campaigns connecting my campaign to a google spreadsheet, as well it helps me to do automatic follow up to increase the open ratio and conversion, and make it simple to use html email marketing templates, sometimes idk why my campaigns get paused and they stop, but besides that it has been the best email marketing CRM I have used so far

There are enough stats to really judge the performance and the auto follow up feature has increased my open rate significantly. However, It would be good if they could add an analytics view in the dashboard for all the auto follow ups rather than having to go to the individual report in the inbox everytime.
