How does GMass compare to other Gmail extensions?

Mixmax: cool extension, but you have to use its external web portal to send campaigns. With GMass, the magic happens inside Gmail, using just the red GMass button.
Yesware: similar to Mixmax, you can't send campaigns inside Gmail. You have to use their web interface.
Plus, both Mixmax and Yesware are more expensive than GMass.
Mailtrack and Snov.io: Lets you track individual emails, but with GMass, you can eliminate Mailtrack and Snov.io because GMass can track both individual emails and campaign emails. Use the GMass button on both one-on-one emails and campaigns.
Copper: Good CRM system, but not meant for sending email campaigns. Same for
Gmelius and Streak CRM.
Lastly, GMass works seamlessly with Grammarly to ensure your campaigns contain perfect prose and are error-free.

- Once I figured out how to use the "Attachment" feature it was amazing! I watched quite a few videos that made it seem quick and easy but they could have been a little more specific on how to set up your spreadsheet. Like they could have mentioned to not have any columns in your spreadsheet that did not have information you were going to use in your email. I had to play around with it and try a few test emails before I figured it out. Also, adding links to PDFs from Google Drive into the spreadsheet was hard to figure out. I had to manually attach each link into the spreadsheet. But my 827 emails were sent successfully with all the correct attachments going to the correct people.

- I didn't realise the 'free' plan was only for 7 days. I was under the impression you could send 50 emails/ day and it wouldn't need a paid plan. Overall it's a good app. I have only used it about 4 times, but it seems to do the trick and appears reliable. Though I haven't used all the features. I will also say that the click tracking does get a little clustered and could use better UI/UX. Maybe 1 notification that listed within it how many times someone has opened would clean the dashboard up.

- I have used this product a few times and cancelled once I achieved my campaign projects. However, currently I am active and using it as a tool to market a new business we have just launched. I find the app very user friendly and flexible enough to do exactly what I want. I have tried other apps but could not really achieve the same result. I did make an error when I activated my subscription and couldn't link it to my account. As I was in a hurry to get my campaigns sent out, I went ahead and upgraded my account with yet another second subscription and the gmass team refunded me for the first mistake I made. This all happened over a matter of 24hrs I might add. I was very happy with the service I received. While I may cancel my subscription once again when I have completed my marketing project, I will definitely use it time and time again for my projects.

- GMass has lots of step by step instructions to help you set things up and handle any issue that might arise. The tech support staff were quick to respond to any email I sent asking for help. They have built in tools that I can use to test my marketing email to see how many or if any of my emails would go to spam before I even send out the campaign. They even have pointers on how to improve deliverabilty to avoid the dreaded spam folder after I do the test emails.

It turns Gmail into a freaking email marketing machine without all the annoying complexity of traditional platforms. The personalization is stupidly good, the tracking works like a charm, and the fact that everything happens straight from Gmail feels almost illegal. I’ve sent thousands of emails without landing in spam hell, which alone deserves a standing ovation.
