• (2022-02-05) David Gabrielsen: Worked perfectly after i figured out the google maps API issue. The link in settings doesn't work but a small amount of googling and you can generate one very easily. Once I did that the app worked perfectly.

• (2019-07-29) thomas roberts: This does work! However you have to open the extension from the toolbar and QUICKLY click the location you want. I ended up spending 10 minutes shifting my location a mere 100 miles at a time repeatedly until I reached the desired location.
• (2019-07-24) Michael Elkin: I get "this page didn’t load google maps correctly" error, so it does not work, at least not with the latest Chrome. The great thing is that it works great and geolaction does change, it is just that I cannot seem to change the location without the map. I type in longitude and latitude but it does not hold. Is there any way to force current location without the map, or get the map to work? Thank you.

Вот оригинальный текст: I have a fix !!!! first off, I have used this extension from before it had any issues. Here's what you do: 1. open chrome 2. disconnect from internet (weird but essential) 3. open the extension by just clicking it. Because its not connected to internet it'll fail to notice the API is out of date, since it can't check. Leaving the screen open so you can drag the marker to the desired place. 4. reconnect to internet, the extension has saved the new location and will use this as your location. I found this by accident. My guess is the API error is merely an error for loading the map (visually), not for actual location data. It's a ziptie and ducttape fix, but if it works it works
