• (2023-08-25) Brett Foster: Your instructions were absolutely awful and totally incorrect. I had to call tech support and it took him well over an hour to figure out how to synch the Silk browser's bookmarks with Chrome's bookmarks. It was probably over 2 hours. I forgot to check the length of the call before hanging up. The process to document it would be incredibly complex if some poor tech writer had to document it. You need to make it simple like your instructions make it sound. How can anybody make something so complex and then document it so poorly is beyond comprehension. Shame on you. I only hope it actually works as it only started the process of saying it was synching the bookmarks.

• (2023-04-11) 杉智洋: Fire 7 2022で使用しようとして拡張機能からブックマークを保存しましたが、そもそも端末側のsilkブラウザには「Chromeからのインポート」のメニューが無いのでインポート出来ません。 コメント欄を見てみると、OS7以降は出来なくなってるようです。酷い。

• (2021-08-16) Amy Lynn: I've spent hours trying to make this work. It's downloading a massively OLD cache bookmarks file. Not a current one. Over and over. I've removed the it and reinstalled it. Signed into it even. No luck. I'd also like the ability to remove bookmarks that I don't want like I can on any other device!

• (2020-08-15) Sarah Pettyfer: Followed all instructions and said they had been imported but when I tried on my Kindle, there was nothing there I could not get them there was nothing to allow me to import as per the instructions!

• (2019-09-07) Norm Fong: Does nothing. Does not work at all. Appears to be a fake app and may be stealing your credentials.
• (2019-08-15) Irene Woods: I tried for a couple hours and did everything they said to do. Got pop up messages that it was syncing and it was successful. Still cannot access the Chrome bookmarks. I then called Amazon and got a tech who advised NOT to attempt it. They do not support. My info could be compromised. A little strange I think as it's advertised BIG TIME on the Silk home screen.
