The app. doesn't cover my needs. I have problems with data confidentiality, privacy, filters. Synchronization of contacts and messages didn't work retroactively. The support and sales people harass me with emails and even whatsapp messages, at 7AM. I asked them several times to stop, and to close my account, but they don't. I had to block them on whatsapp. They refuse to close my account, and keep sending me emails and messages.
Very simple to use, yet quite powerful with the right set of features that we need.
Sync is really bad, need to refresh it many times. Lately, it disconnects constantly and it's always giving error when trying to reconnect, saying "unable to generate QR code".
