Had a few issues now and then, which were usually resolved by a reboot. The longest outage was the last two days after a Chrome update crashed the connector. Tom had to upload a new version of the Connector to the Chrome store and after installing the new version my issue was resolved. Will keep using it. Works well. Thanks Tom!!!

I have been using TradingConnector`s Multiple Account service for over 2 months on 12 different accounts, and my mind is blown away every day. I cant be thankful enough for these guys for what they created. Customer service is also excellent, they replied whenever i had a question. Team, keep up the great work, and thank you again!
• (2021-07-25) Dzej Bi: I tried TradingConnector a few months ago, but couldn't get past the components setup. Quite recently devs launched that WHITE GLOVE ONBOARDING and it rocks! They installed everything in 10 minutes and even coded some alerts logic for me. And these alerts are flying exactly as they should!

I'm glad I discovered this because its helping. I understand it may not be to the optimal performance at times according to previous reviews but its much better than manual trading.

I followed the new guidelines (one tab only, chrome visible etc) and also I upgraded the Chrome Extension to 1.2.7, TradingConnector.exe to 1.0 and TradingConnectorEA to 1.30 and still have a problem when multiple alerts are fired at the exact same second, the TradingConnector only picks up some of them - so some alerts aren't executed. Not good enough. Some accounts get their orders and others not, so basically half working. Will you fix or should I end my subscription?

• (2021-01-20) Perry Falkhan: Almost There, But Not Quite. I am a patient person and I gave this service a solid try. There were several issues during my use that you can read about in other reviews, and experienced every single one. I would not recommend this tool to anyone in its current state. The tool's shortcomings were also compounded by the developer's lack of consistent communication with the users. For now, I will be unsubscribing from this service and using an alternative that is more reliable. Hopefully the developers update it to fix the issues because it certainly has a lot of potential.

• (2021-01-07) Nominis Ignotis: This is a surprisingly good little app which offers a HUGE power for automating trading via PineScript in Trading View. I was skeptical but tried it out because the potential seemed huge. Turns out the system works very well: install the extension, install the middleman app, enable the EA in MT4. Done. Easy. The only bummer about the whole thing is you have to have TradingView open and you have to have the Alerts Log open. Let me repeat: YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE ALERTS LOG OPEN AT ALL TIMES. This means the only real world use-case for this is a headless, independent PC such as a VPN or, as I do, an old computer. If you run it that way, this thing is tight. I forgot to have the alert log open after a couple days of using it and couldn't get it to work anymore. I contacted the developer via TradingView messaging and he replied within 1 min, suggested he TeamViewer in and take a look, and solved the problem within about 3mins of my initially contacting him. I wrote to my friend that I had just had the best tech support experience of my life. Not kidding. I might have gotten lucky with timing when he was around, but, regardless, it was sweet. The power of using this app as the go-between for TradingView and MT4 is huge. If you write PineScript, then use this app. Period. The lag is truly impossible to detect. There are now a whack of very useful alert components (check out the "syntax" page) which allow you to really dial in a trade all based on your chart analysis. Also, you'll want to check out the bottom of his script here https://www.tradingview.com/script/9MJO3AgE-TradingView-Alerts-to-MT4-MT5-dynamic-variables-NON-REPAINTING/ for a great example of how to use variables in your Alerts. This means you can create any variable in PineScript and use it to set the parameters of your trade! This is kind of an untalked about feature for some reason but it is *huge* in terms of what it opens up. Basically, if you're into PineScript and wanting to create a bot to manage all aspects of your trade, this thing is indispensable.

The program hasn't worked for over 2 weeks and even after 5 updates to the different components it still isn’t working reliably. No communication, no apologies, no refunds. And NO, version 1.2.5 and carefully fallowing ALL the rules doesn’t solve the problem. Connection issues still remain. Period. Look, I get that there are circumstances that can't be foreseen and that technical issues will arise from time to time, no problem. BUT - the lack of any kind of support or communication is completely unacceptable. Dear developers, you are dealing here with paying customers that depend 100% on a reliable solution and there is literally always money on the line when your product is in use! Basically every single inquiry in the last past months regarding any situation went unanswered. Not even a response and that is just common curtesy. They don't even provide an support-email or contact information anywhere. The fact that you now have to follow ridiculous rules like only one instance of Chrome running that has to be always visible and so on, shows that this fragile solution is not stable enough for professional, reliable usage. And here is the kicker, my last monthly payment was on November 29 2020 for the month of December. I cancelled my subscription a few days ago and now it says license undefined, i payed for the whole December and they just revoke my license immediately with cancelation. Totally unprofessional and unethical to run a business this way. Not to say scammers. BUYERS BEWARE!

• (2020-12-10) joe rogers: Does not work anymore. Prior to the chrome update it worked perfect. After the chrome update it doesn’t work but maybe only 10% of the time. I’ve added the latest chrome app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the .exe file. Everything looks great, the light is green , says it’s good to go, but when the alerts fire Off in TradingView they do not get recognized by trading connector and therefore the signals do not get pushed through to mt5. Connection issue. Doesn’t work anymore.

• (2020-11-20) Andre Nas: Look elsewhere!!! This developer doesn't seem to care about his customers at all. It is 11/20/2020 and his program hasn't worked for a few days now. The developer said it would take a few hours but it has now been a few days and inquiries regarding the situation go unanswered as usual. Ever since I had this program I have not been able to get ANY support when making inquiries on Youtube and even Facebook Messenger, having to use those means to reach out simply because he doesn't provide any kind of email on his website or anywhere!!! I have since moved on to ProfitView and I suggest others do the same. AutoView is another good replacement.

However, I would like to open a 1.0 trade and close 0.5 of it when my trade hits TP1. I saw the part commands but saw no way of triggering the part command when TP1 is hit. I thought maybe I could instead open two 0.5 lot trades with different TPs? I considered turning on pyramiding but my indicator will trigger too many times so this is not an option. What's the best way to go about accomplishing this? Thanks!

  The tradingconnector app is not working correctly. I've just tested with 2 alerts triggering at the same time and only 1 is seen in the TradingConnector app. The other one is not seen!!!!!! All software is up to date and I used different tickers for the alerts. The only common component was my stratergy so this is a BIG ISSUE.

  The TradingConnector was running fine this past week until I happened to check on it today and it was offline, with the red border. I'm now getting the "Chrome extension is disconnected. Try refreshing tradingview.com website" error. I tried refreshing multiple times. I've done all of the same actions as Joe Rogers (re-installing Chrome and TC). I've followed the new rules: 1. One instance of Chrome running. 2. One TradingView tab open on Chrome. 3. This tab is active. 4. Chrome is completely visible. 5. AlertsLog in TradingView is open. I don't know what else to do. This was very promising and worked great for a short time. Hopefully you can get it fixed soon.

Chrome must visible, at least partly - it cannot be completely hidden under other applications on desktop 5. AlertsLog in TradingView must be opened. =>TOO MANY RESTRICTIVE RULES!!!!!! This is not acceptable!!! Since the problem occurred (approx. 1 month ago) the behavior and good functionalities of this tool are not the same any more. This is really deplorable!   Hi, The current version is working sporadicaly by using tricks (let Trading View alerts window always open). If this is forgotten one time, you have to close everything and open MT5, Trading Connector and TradingView again. This is not an acceptable solution or workaround. Many (too many) users are angry and so do I. Are you working on another new version of TradingConnector ? More reliable and which works as good as the previous one I was using during months without any problem ? Do you need any help ? I mean as Beta Tester or whatever ? Because I’m not a specialist in programming at all. I hope and cross my fingers you will find a reliable, stable and definitive solution very very soon.

  I think everyone is aware there was a chrome update recently that is not working. I've had the connector for over 6 months and is it fantastic...but not now. Can the developer let us know if they are looking into and rectifying this situation, or if we should be getting refunds and looking for new solutions??

  Already have a valid subscription but I am unable to download. It prompts to purchase and even if I do, the download will not begin. I have since been charged 9 times and have contacted google pay.

  I paid for the extension already on 25/12. It didn't work so i tried uninstalling and installing again. Now I am being asked to pay for it again despite having an existing active subscription.

  Everything is connected and is lit green, but my alerts don't go to the app, tried updating everything to no success, any solutions? Is the download on the webpage the latest verision for mt4? I keep seeing 7/11/2020 I don't see an updated version to download.
