• (2020-07-21) Julio Beltran: Después de instalar la extensión, crear un nodo en WF para que sirva como buzón único (inbox) y de sincronizar la extensión con mi lista en WF, pude seleccionar texto en una página web, pulsar el ícono de la extensión en los controles de Chrome (no aparece en el menú contextual) y guardar el nombre de la página en un nodo dentro de mi buzón, cuya nota contiene el link de retorno y el texto seleccionado. La m,olestia es llevar los nodos del buzón hasta la lista que le corresponde.

• (2019-05-24) Isaac Xin Pei: This is really a great addon for using with workflowy - especially for clipping, organizing information (selected text will automatically become part of the clippings - I love this feature!)

• (2018-01-28) Luke Abbott: Simple but very well thought out extension that does just what it says it does, and fixes what was to me the most annoying lacking feature to Workflowy. Only suggestion is to add an option for whether items should be appended to the top or bottom of a list; I would really prefer the bottom, myself. But the benefits far outweigh that little annoyance. Love that the currently selected text is brought into the note field.

• (2017-01-10) Вячеслав Левченко: Приложение неудобно... Нужно просто скопировать пару предложений текста и создать из них новый пункт списка. Вместо этого приложение копирует название статьи и ставит его названием пункта в workflowy, а сам скопированный клипером текст скрывает в заметки к созданому новому пункту. Да еще и добавляет ссылку на источник, который для работы со скопированным текстом совсем не нужен... В результате легче копировать текст с нужной страницы и вставлять его вручную в workflowy...

It took me a while to realize that if you select (highlight) text on the web page before saving, then that text is saved as a comment. This is perfect when doing research and want to have a direct link to the source. Thanks for creating this!

  Hello I added your extension / addon to Opera. Just a hint, as it is well possible, that you do not support this use case. Error message when clicking on the extension / addon icon on the right in the task bar: "Problem setting inbox location.   Dear Developer, The extension is great, I have only one small problem: if I share with someone an editable workflowy menu\list, and that person want to clipp a link to this list, the extenson doesn't work... WorkFlowy thinks you're logged out! Make sure you're logged in, and if this message persists then try resynchronizing the extension. It would be great that the user can use the clipper without loging in (if he has edit rights) Is this possible? :) Thx

  sometimes it doesn't save anything and I need to resync. The thing is I make notes all the time and check them rarely so I lose a lot if stuff. Sometimes extension doesn't notify on sync errors, it just doesn't work. Still - best hassle-free data collecting tool

  I've synchronised the extension to my Workflowy but when I try to designate an inbox I get the following error: "Problem setting inbox location. Cannot be top-level Workflowy list." That's regardless of where I place the cursor.
