• (2023-11-10) Tucker Ferwerda: It's really nice but i have to uninstall it almost every week because of how often chrome updates their browser. Super tedious and time consuming and I wish it just worked without having to reinstall it
• (2023-09-14) Adam Watt: Got the bronze version, installed it, tried it, and it wasn't even connecting to fb. Tried the "set up call" guy never showed up, waited for the 30 minutes, what a waste of my time. Emails? They go to the spam or junk folder and don't the support is not there either. This is at best nothing but a scam. Canceling it. I don't recommended anyone wasting their time on this.

• (2022-02-05) Graham Beech: Signed up but never received login information. Contacted Paddle support, who sent a request to Chatsilo, but still no response. Waste of time.
• (2021-10-12) Adam Kaan: Horrible non existent support, waited nearly 14 days for a response. I had virtual assistants who could not do nothing because the tags wouldn't work properly or work at all. For a just chrome extension that is $49 I'd subscription I'd expect a bit more better support. I messaged the founder and commented on his wall on facebook after 14 days it's not even been acknowledged. Concept is great if the developer cared about user support and fixing issues it would have worked.
• (2021-09-01) Brett Douglas: Setup a call with a rep from this company because I purchased the BRONZE Chatsilo option and none of the features were even there. Once I scheduled a call to troubleshoot this, the call the rep never showed, this is a very unprofessional company and I recommend nobody buys this product. Your better off going with one of their more reputable competitors.
• (2021-04-22) Tammy Bragg: I'm loving this software. If you want a great solution for Facebook messenger CRM, I can tell you this is amazing. I've been searching for a software to help manage my inbox. I have 10 tags all with different colors. I'm able to tag all new friends and even send them messages. The bulk message feature is great because you can set up timing so you don't go to FB jail and you can also add different variations so you don't look like a spammer or a bot. I can even search for friends by keywords and make notes on everybody just like a CRM and set follow-ups. They've thought of everything. There are a few competitors out there but at 2-10X+ the cost of this system and they do the same thing! Plus, I got one on one help from the owner and he's really nice and very helpful. You have to at least give this a try before using the other guys. You won't regret it!
• (2021-03-16) Kyle La Fleur: I really like this CRM, however, it is very buggy. Sometimes it does not automate the friend requests and sends only 1 every time I hit pause and resume. Also, it is not letting me tag, but someone else on my account was able to tag and went to send a mass message and it only sent the message to one person and it was someone he did not even tag. Overall, the extension is nice, it is just bugging out right now.
• (2021-03-02) Ransom Davenport: Jamiu is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to learn from. This system is great for me. It keeps me organized. I can easily track where my clients are in the sales process. What a God send!
• (2021-01-26) Adam Loveridge: I think the functionality is pretty bad. You can tag contacts and send them bulk messages. It doesn't keep track of your touch points, there's no real way to set a follow up schedule. Set an appointment with the owner of the software who didn't even show up.
• (2020-11-10) Roxy Barber: I love this platform! Makes online marketing so much easier and organized. After doing the zoom 15 minute training I see even more of what the platform can do! I highly recommend chatsilo! It,s a must have for FM marketing

Time from searching for messages and money because you can track your current and potential customers. This is worth the money if you have many messages coming into personal and biz facebook accounts. AND you can send bulk messages to many people at once.Wow! It's awesome!
• (2019-11-05) Mia Scuric: This is an amazing program to manage and categorize your FB conversations and leads. If you are like me and find it impossible to know who you are talking to on FB and how to identify the top people you should be talking to you should definitely get this extension. I love it and totally recommend it to others.

The banger are the recently added features that keeps one reminded and organized especially for someone like me with over 4000+ friends & managing different accounts as a Digital Marketer for my clients. This is almost exactly and more than a Chatbot for pages developed for personal Facebook users. Kudos Chatsilo team and i look forward to other features promised to be added soon.
• (2019-10-25) Ian Johnston: This is the only extension I could find that fulfills this need to organize and sort through Facebook Messages. I rely on Messenger to generate leads for my business, and the current feature set is already a life saver. The developer went out of his way to respond directly to my support question, and is helping me solve a unique issue I encountered with my plan for using this extension to grow my business. Can't wait to see how this grows, and it's unbelievable that Facebook hasn't already implemented something like this.

  Dear Customer Service So far, there are two problems that don't work very well. One is that when I send Bulk messages and use [first_name] [last_name] addressing, it doesn’t send a lot of mail, or just with exactly the same header, so, not the real name. The other is that you don’t mark a friend in a group. Whatever keyword I type into the search engine, leave it cold!

  Hi, quite quickly my Messenger and especially the Chatsilo features slowed down almost like they were complete frozen. I was told to reinstall; I did. After one reinstall there was no benefit. After another, it sped up and worked like a charm! ...like my friends' apps... Now it's slow again. Sometimes I will have several windows open before sending messages to them. Could that be the problem? I'm trying to find a way that this won't occur all the time.

  Hello, Before installing Chatsilo can you elaborate on any issues any of your users have encountered with being blocked from Marketplace for Community Standard violations? I'm hearing from people within my biz network that they are having issues with Messenger, if they send out too many replies, send them too quickly or use the same responses repeatedly they are being blocked from Marketplace.   Hi. I am using the free Chrome extension on the latest version of Chrome and Windows 10. I have it enabled but when I click on the icon On the browser top right this window opens https://www.screencast.com/t/XcufYf8PFEf and I click on the link that says open Facebook Messenger. Messenger opens but it looks no different than normal. There are no drop down boxes next to the contact names and no other options. Thanks for your help

  Hi there! I've been searching high and low for a feature, hoping you can clarify. I run my business online through parties on FB. In order to prep and coach my hosts/clients beforehand I send them a few private FB messages a day. It's exhausting. I know there are obviously schedulers for loading posts ahead of time to post in a Fb group or event in the future, but do you offer any support for scheduling private messages? That way my assistant can sit down for an hour each week, plug them all in, and they'll send to my group of hosts each day automatically? Thanks!
