This extension allows you to show field apinames in a record layout. Click the extension icon while you are into a record page and field apinames will appear next to their corresponding label. You can click the apiname to copy it to the clipboard or by holding Ctrl you can copy more than one at the same time.
It works for Salesforce Lightning Experience.
