They will take your money and run like it's no one's business. The software is subpar, to say the least, but worst of all their business practices are some of the worst out there. Call your credit card company and file a dispute their payment processor will eventually drop them.

I used click-to-call for the first time yesterday and it works seamlessly. Today, it does nothing when I click on it and I have to open it in in a new tab to call someone. Please advise
