Ploutos Money offers a free chrome extension which prevents you from impulse online spending. It reminds you of your budget and financial goals and provides you with reports on your monthly purchases.
It blocks the "buy button" on online retail websites and reminds you of your budget and financial goals via a pop-up. Once you have seen the pop-up, you can choose if you really want to buy the item. The idea is that you should think twice before buying something. Currently works on Amazon!
Once you sign up for the premium version, you can view insights about your spending, saving and much more!
Ploutos Money is a startup created by a group of four passionate people - Avii Ahuja, Anish Gurjar, Chen Dai and Arun Ganga at the University of Michigan, who believe in the principle that "Every dollar has a purpose".
