• (2019-10-22) Jamie Tanner: This extension hasn't worked for weeks. First it was removed from the web store, then returned a week or so later, but now we are unable to sign into the extension. We are a call center, with multiple agents making 200+ calls per day! We are having to HAND DIAL all of our outbound calls!

  I've had this issue for weeks with the extension add on from the chrome side bar, It doesn't connect just gives me an error stating "identity.broadviewnet.com refused to connect."

  We recieve the following error after logging in to the chrome extension for Office Suite UC. It's been going on for weeks. identity.broadviewnet.com refused to connect.

  While this app works okay for the most part. There is NO reason it should be down for half a day every other week!!! Auto-dialing is a pain, and the fact that we are in the 912 area code means that hand dialing numbers often results in a mis-dial where the user accidentally double-presses the 1 while dialing, resulting in the user actually dialing 911. Now, even if we stay on the line with the 911 operator, per their policies, they must send a police officer by to do a welfare check! This is a waste of resources on everyone's part. Just fix the program already! Or suggest an alternative for us to use, perhaps offer an API or something so that we would not rely so heavily on this chrome plugin!!!

  We really like the capabilities offered here and are customers of Windstream/Broadview however the fact that this plugin doesn't just highlight phone numbers for click to call but actually changes the color of the text in Gsuite/Google Mail totally breaks it's usage for us. We have phone numbers in our signature, which are colored and branded, and this plugin actually changes the color when sending an email, and all the other phone numbers in an email so that the recipient get's the phone numbers in green...calling odd attention to them when there shouldn't be. Can you fix this?

  Our CRM uses formatted phone numbers and the search does not get a hit until the phone number is in the correct format. Is there a variable to return (123) 456-7890 instead of 1234567890? Are there any other variables you can use besides $tel$ and $name$?

  The extension doesn't appear to be working today, or yesterday. I've logged in and out a couple of times. Everything looks ok, but it's not giving me the default phone address the way it used to. I have another program that runs off this so obviously it's not working, either. Is there something happening on your end? Thanks, Jan

  Just started in the last week.   I'm having a hard time finding the Web Launcher URL for ZOHO's online CRM. Do you know what it is? It would be super handy for everyone if Office Suite hosted various CRM web launcher URL's.
