They cannot comment and showed me a popup that chat is available for premium users only. This is bad. How can I become a premium user if you don't answer my question. Please be upfront on the daily limits and speed.

I tried one named "Export List of Followers from Instagram" and it keeps asking me to accept privacy policies but no way to do so! From perfect extension to a useless tool, good going!

Whatever you want to do, you have to install some more extensions and upgrades and in the end all of them ask you to pay around 1000 EUR (1100 USD) for a year of using. This is too expensive considering the features you get and the limits on the number of Instagram accounts that you can analyze with the tool.

Now, for those with over 1000 followers, the functionality that used to be free (download .xls sheet of followers and their stats) is no longer free. And the paid options seem extremely expensive. Feels like a bait and switch, so I'll be uninstalling both and seeking an alternative.

• (2020-01-20) Devon Rogers: This certainly requires a learning curve to effectively use, and depending on what you want to do, a few $$. That said, the service does exactly what it aims to - a tool to extract any profile's engagement list. Some additional features that overlay bulk actions, such as "Like ALL post in feed" are not something I've tried, and therefore are not included in this review. The chat support has been spectacular with troubleshooting, so if you have a goal in mind, I'm sure they can help figure it out!

It allows you to download a users' list, in a customized way, just a matter of checking boxes with the data you need and export it to a light Excel file. I am definitely going to try other features, thank you for the help and keep up with good work.
• (2020-01-17) Tom Van Avermaet: A great extension and still a great option, but apparently with version 2 the free option that was extensive has been scratched now and I feel they're a bit unclear about that (you're forced to choose a paid plan to start using the extension now for any real use (limits for the free version are very low at 100 users)). Definitely one of the best analytic tools if you want to pay for it, but the free option is pretty worthless with the update unfortunately.
• (2020-01-17) Anush Petrosyan: Hello, I used the Version 1 with free plan with many accounts (based in Armenia) and it worked very well. Yesterday I tried to use it with another account (based in the USA) and it brought me the message to install the V2. I did, and when I tried to use it for that account it said to upgrade for more features. I opened one of my previous accounts and tired to use the tool again it worked. But with the USA based account it asks to upgrade. I ask my colleague to fry with another American account it again brought the same message. In one of your presentation it says that I can still use all the features with free plan, only the number of followers is limited to 100. So, I don't understand what is the problem? Is it because of the country or what? Can you please, tell me why I cannot use either V1 nor V2 with free plan with my accounts that were created in the USA? Thank you in advance.
