Yoroi allows users to manage Ada in their browser. It is a lightweight wallet that launches quickly, allowing users to start sending or receiving Ada in minutes.
The Yoroi browser extension allows users to control their funds with ease, without syncing to the blockchain. Users can easily import their Ada from Daedalus into their Yoroi wallet.
The Yoroi installation package is small so it does not require much bandwidth. Because Yoroi is a light wallet and does not require a full copy of the blockchain on a user’s machine it consumes very little bandwidth.
Private keys associated with users wallets are stored only on a users computer and they are encrypted with the wallet password. They are not stored on centrally hosted servers.
With support in four languages, Yoroi makes it easier than ever to manage your Ada.

- (2020-01-07) Dale Cutler: Same problem as others. API Error every time I try to access Testnet ADA. Have no clue what I should do. My ADA was in Yoroi at snapshot. Balance confirmed a few hours later and everything looked good. Then, when we were supposedly able to delegate our Yoroi Testnet ADA I do to check the balance and all I get is Error message over and over again.

- (2019-12-31) FuriousCuriosity: After weeks of trying it is still not working. Says that it is successful but balance never transfers. Have tried everything suggested on the internet. Yoroi support team is no help whatsoever.
- (2019-12-28) Dev Chen: The Yoroi Testnet does NOT work. Tried both 1.) restoring wallet with snapshot wallet key, and 2.) creating new wallet then transfer the balance from the snapshot wallet. Neither method worked. Both showed the correct ADA balance before the transfer. However, despite the app claims the transfer was successful, the amount never transacted so the balance after recovery remains 0. Tried this too many times. Would really appreciate it if this can be fixed. Thank you.

- (2019-12-23) Dirk: Don't work currently in the testnet. Pool delegation does not work although it is shown as successful in yoroi. Under the receiving address you can't see the number of ada even though they are displayed in yoroi direction. I hope for a quick update. I don't know of anybody where yoroi works with staking
