- It's a game changer for meeting.. Everyone can enjoy the meeting then instantly receive the notes. Give get action steps for each member of the call. It's easy and fast without a member of the call doing the transcription.

- I've been using it for all the meetings, webinars and events this past 30 days, and every time I took the transcripts through ChatGPT to give me a summary, I was surprised of the amount of information I lost, either because I didn't pay much attention, distraction or for taking notes (It happen the first meetings I use Tactiq, I kept taking notes) Today I'm fully concentrated on the presentation, sometimes I have to take screenshots and that's it, no more distractions. Honestly, this service is excellent and affordable. But if you are using it less than 10 times per month, Is a gift.

- Really great app would get 5 stars if only for a couple of improvements: - more AI credits I'm on the Pro Plan (Yearly), I don't want or have a team to upgrade for more AI credits. I work alone. - Native Teams app support, Teams only works via the browser. - it gets confused with some name formats e.g. Lastname, Firstname for someone in the meeting called: "Firstname Lastname". It is a superb app that I try to use for every meeting I take.

- No way to use on windows zoom desktop version. You must be on the web version to use it. I saw that there is something for mac os desktop but not windows. please advise if coming soon. thank you. otherwise I love it!
