Worked but no longer necessary since Netflix has finally provided the ability to disable autoplay of previews. See https://help.netflix.com/en/node/2102.
Works as advertised. Netflix no longer auto-plays suggested shows/trailers for me while I am scrolling through. Thanks for not letting us disable that Netflix, and thank you to the author of this extension for allowing us to.
