Automatically collapse subreddit comments that aren't stickied from list of subreddits (options).

Hide (via collapse) all non-stickied comments for subreddits that match any set up in the options page.
The function will take a little bit of time to run because it runs after page load (or any time the tab is focused if moving between tabs) so comments will show up until it runs. It should not run multiple times (and uncollapse the comments).
This was developed against 'old' reddit. Confirmed new layout doesn't work. Will work on that when I get a chance but at a glance it will be a bit.
