Hide tooltips and balloons when hovering over images and links
Block annoying tooltips or infotips when you hover or mouseover images and links. A Tooltip or infotip is a small pop-up window that describes the object being pointed to, such as descriptions of toolbar controls, icons, graphics, links...I am usually aware of my cursor placement, so I don't require a popup message stating the obvious.
- (2015-05-21) Jeff C: Does not work on eBay, which is what I wanted it for. Chrome puts a tooltip on the image under the mouse cursor, eBay has you mouse over the image to zoom so Stupid Chrome blocks you from seeing the part you are trying to zoom. Chrome devs have been aware of the bug since at least 2009 and don't care, please someone make it go away.

Tooltips still show over images when mousing over to zoom on eBay, covers the very part of the image I'm trying to see better.
