  • (2023-10-18) Caliber: Very poor customer support I bought the premium version and they were so unprofessional. Don't install this.
  • (2023-09-24) Mac Mintaka: I have no idea how the extension works. What I'm unhappy about is that there is NO mention that the free version is so incredibly limited and that you have to pay a monthly fee. You really have to dig to find any mention of it on their help pages either. I don't appreciate reading about it, reading the reviews, downloading and installing it, and only then try to figure out how to turn the thing on. You have to sign up or go to their web page directly to find out the fee structure. That is a huge amount of time and effort only to find that I have to pay to get the good functionality. I realize that this isn't unique to this product but I absolutely hate it because it's straight-up manipulation. Pure and simple it's a way to sucker us in and make us feel like we've committed time and built up desire so we will be more likely to pay for it. It's sleazy. Just be up front and let me decide. I'll be removing the extension now.
  • (2023-01-03) Pushap Raj Verma: A killer product, and the one I was looking for! With the help of the TabsFolders, I started sharing bookmarks with my team members, that's amazing. And it replaced my regular bookmark manager. I have stacked only one code, but it's incredible! Thanks for this excellent and time saver tool. Suggestion: While we (or a teammate with the shared link) are on the page, there should be an option to open links in the new tab. This should be configured from the account owner's side.
  • (2022-10-28) Nina Reviews: You need an account to use it! And it only works connected to the company! I will never want my Bookmarks being taken care of by an Internet Company!
  • (2022-08-22) Abdellatif Abid: Excellent tools, That's help a lot
  • (2022-08-09) Chris Scott: This is the Bookmark manager that should come with browsers. Simple but powerful. I initially didn't like the folder layout as much visually as some of the competitors card layout designs. I now love it! It's the right way handle and organize bookmarks and the whole experience is a real delight. TabsFolder is now my favorite tool. Great job folks!
  • (2022-07-13) Grant Millar: TabsFolders makes it really easy to keep heaps of bookmarks saved and accessible in a really efficient way. I've grouped together several tabs for when I undertake different projects. It saves me opening individual links each time, and saves me from the dreaded absence of pre-fill in my browser when I clear my cache! It's more organised than browser-based bookmarking. I love that there's a dark mode, the ability to search, the ability to open multiple tabs at once, and the overall simplicity of it. One more way to save time.
  • (2022-07-12) Dana Doron: This extension has been so helpful in keeping my desktop clean. Sadly, my IRL packrat tendencies have transferred to my online life. I open tabs and keep them open thinking I'll come back to them when I have time and that doesn't always happen. So I end up with 5+ windows and hundreds of tabs open, making it hard for me to find stuff, and slowing down my computer. Thanks to TabsFolders, I have a great way to "park" all these in a way that still feels easily accessible so I can slim down what's actually open in my Chrome!
  • (2022-07-10) David: i tested many bookmart manager, finally i found tabfolders, easy to use, especially session tab, i loving it
  • (2022-07-07) Brandon Zylstra: Seems relatively full-featured (if you have the paid version) but the UX is terrible. It's quite awkward to figure out how to do anything. If UX is a priority for you, keep looking.
  • (2022-06-18) Abdou Reggab: احبها
  • (2022-06-18) Maheen K: so extremely helpful i don't know what i would do without this chrome extension makes my life researching/writing assignments so much easier as i can save all the tabs I open very easily. thank you :)
  • (2022-04-24) Moti Sh: this is a game changer. save so much time. Very effective and id does what it claims to do. Help me work by organizing all my sites into folders and file that can be opened with a click of a mouse, separately or in groups in seconds. great piece of software. a lot of thought was invested here and it works flawlessly.
  • (2022-03-24) AR Consultancy: TabsFolders made our life easier and also more useful features for their users. Please keep up your hardworks.
  • (2022-03-02) BL Samota: This is very very easy to bulk import, share, export and delete. The ability to save all my tabs into a folder at once is very useful, same for session management. Amazing tool. I love this tool.
  • (2022-03-01) Hem S: If you have multiple tabs on multiple windows then this bad boy is going to make life easier for you. I use it on Chrome and Edge, works splendid.
  • (2022-03-01) Shijor S: Good extension to organize the bookmarks. Very light and easy to use.
  • (2022-02-26) Learn2 Read: I HAVE 1141 TABS IN 400 FOLDERS AND I AM LOVING TABSFOLDERS. It has made life online ez for me as i am more organized and therefore more calm and relaxed when surfing as i am assured that if i wish to save a link, it WILL be saved as long as i am using my trusted buddy TABSFOLDERS. It is so ez to create folders and just drag and drop links from the right half of the screen to your folder structure on the left half of the screen that it practically organizes itself . Worth every penny of its $3/month plan or the $29/LTD CODE which i have purchased and have been using for the past 6 months. Could not be happier with TABSFOLDERS as i see its practicality as a workflow tool for a youtube creator to line up their links (workflow/sequence/markers) and have it all in one place.5 stars. Thank you for reading.
  • (2022-02-25) Net Creature: It's just like Bookmarks with 2 File Explorer opened for easy update and search. I find it most useful, as usually I have a lot of tabs opened, I can easily search through all my opened tabs across all my opened windows. Can't wait for v2 the are launching.
  • (2022-02-24) Ad Am: Organising bookmarks this way is much more productive than using chromes built in manager. My focus is less on exchanging between other users and more towards organisation of my sources of learning, saas tools and research. having almost 12,000 bookmarks, I'm really looking forward to seeing how version 2.0 will help me sort them all out and make them easily accessible!
  • (2022-02-24) Mony Williams: Great app which is constantly developing. It is getting better and better.
  • (2022-02-24) Yam Yuen (Nguyen Nam): Bookmarking is a pain. You have to do it, but it's a pain to do it, and once you've done it, it's a pain to manage it. It's especially hard if you're trying to organize your bookmarks. Not anymore! TabsFolder is a revolutionary new bookmarking tool that lets you save all tabs with one click and organize your bookmarks into folders and subfolders.
  • (2022-02-23) Zheng Shu Yan: I've tried a lot of these tools, but they've all made my life more complicated than it already was. Intuitive TabsFolder scooped up 100's of my tabs without me having to do a thing and slapped a date on them. There is no way I could possibly keep track of all of my bookmarks without the use of a tabs folder. I could easily share specific tabs folder folders with the rest of my team because I am always saving them to Evernote, etc. To save so much time, I use TabsFolders. With this program, I'm finally able to keep track of all of my bookmarks. I appreciate that it automatically merges tabs, that I can simply flip between the folders, and that it's cloud-based and compatible with the majority of browsers. TabsFolders is just what I've been looking for: a simple, no-hassle way to organize all of my scattered bookmarks. Much easier to use than the previous Qlunk I had previously tried. - Bulk adding made simple - Faster search now eliminates the need to bookmark bookmarks (dont ask) The UI could require improvement. The developers need to provide the same attention to form as they do to functionality.
  • (2022-02-23) S Kar: A great free way to organise different tabs without overcrowding your own personal chrome page.
  • (2022-02-23) Terence (Frase_Query): This was just added to my "toolbox" the other day. So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly. It was quite simple to deal with. Others have mentioned that opening TabsFolders and then dragging and dropping takes two steps. However, I really enjoy it. It enables me to arrange my belongings how I see fit. I've been using Toby and will continue to do so for certain things... like having a quick reference collection of tabs that I can combine together... but TabsFolders appears to be more robust and intuitive for sites and locations that I use frequently or need access to later. It beats TabExtend for sure! I only gave it a few minutes of my time before buying it. I've always had a large number of tabs/windows open on my computer. If you need to organise your digital assets, BUY THIS!
  • (2022-02-23) Terence: I've been using this tool for about 2 months now. It's a quick way to save a bunch of links during research, shut down the laptop and come back to it when you're ready or group a set of Youtube video links or cool saas tools on the go. For the price, it does what it says reliably and cost effectively. With guest and team features, I can share a folder with others and gift them with links to my fave resources. Thank you, TabsFolder!
  • (2022-02-23) Luis PW: I like the way TabsFolders envisions bookmarks and session management/saving. It's handy and, especially, really powerful. I dislike their user interface, which is why I can only give them 4 starts, BUT I've seen screenshots of the upcoming version 2 and it looks amazing! So I'm really looking forward to that being released soon. :-)
  • (2022-02-23) Esam VANLI: I'm using TabsFolders for over a year now! I'm not only loving it, all of my bookmarks are managed by it. It's part of my workflow now! I'm using it every day and I do appreciate it every time.
  • (2022-02-23) Chennakeswarao Veerapaneni: This is very underated extension in chrome store. it deserves more installs. TabsFoders is easy bookmarking solution. it removes dependency on big companies . Using tabsfolders you dont need to give google(chrome),microsoft(edge).. your data. Tabsfolders act as your sole bookmark manager syncs across different browsers. For power users with lot of bookmarks, it helps with organizing bookmarks with simple drag and drop. if you organize links in personal google chrome, it will automatically reflect in work microsft edge.. See it saves lot of time like me who uses loves to test lot of browsers. it sharing of collection of bookmarks using unique link. I participated in webinars by them and shocked at features they are planning in next version. They are plannign to support notes, passwords and team sharing fatures with security access support. Tools even allows cname and custom domains support for sharing links. it is very useful for teams. Team behind tabsfolders very responsive and supportive. I really like this tool. Listen to webinars in facebook group to get preview of feature updates and user interface. Try it.
  • (2022-02-23) Coy Kindred: As a multi-tasker, entrepreneur, and mother of four, TabsFolder has absolutely SAVED MY LIFE. I love streamlining systems and processes, so this was an absolute no brainer to buy. I love how I can pop open one window specifically for my business, a separate window just for managing my finances, and I never lose my spot when I go down a rabbit hole researching a new idea or item to buy! It's so easy to organize my bookmarks and having it as a Chrome extension ensures I can capture everything quickly with just a click or two. I don't need a fancy interface that fails on the user experience. This extension is straightforward, easy to use, and gets the job done. If there is anything I would add to make it even MORE perfect, it would be a board view option in addition to list view. As my list continues to grow, I'd love to be able to organize them this way for faster sorting. Otherwise, I have zero complaints and would highly recommend to anyone that needs a smarter system for keeping bookmarks and tabs under control!
  • (2022-02-23) Rithvik Podduturi: I tried many bookmark managers but this one is the best. Easy to save not just bookmarks, it can all also save the tabs on each session. Waiting for the new version of tabsfolders.
  • (2022-02-23) Peter Keig: Getting regular emails from them with no option to unsubscribe, asking to leave a review.
  • (2022-02-23) Kay Chan: I have been using TabsFolders for a few months now and it honestly exceeds my expectations. It's so easy to save all your tabs with one click! Another feature I like is the session history, I can set the frequency of automatically saving the sessions of all my windows (I use Brave and Chrome together). So I can restore previous tabs opened 2 or 3 days ago. Its a good extra feature when working on different browsers.
  • (2022-02-23) Suryadi Laij: Tabfolder really helpful for doing research, you can save a ton of bookmark and stay organized. thank you for creating this awesome tools.
  • (2022-02-23) Kris R: A good snappy browser companion for organizing my bookmarks. I use multiple browser addins and this one is my addin of choice as i can also save my mobile bookmarks by their shortcut, its snappy, and i get everything at one place, its a good investment at this price. happy to recommend.
  • (2021-12-21) Tester Tay: TabsFolder makes it easy for anyone to save the tabs(opened) before shutting down their laptop. And carry on the next day from where they left off. I can share a list/folder of bookmarks with my PA and co-workers. I have used other tools like TabExtend, Workona, Toby and even SyncWin but I like the simplicity of TabsFolder best. The UI can be improved (color-wise) but apart from this, I cannot complain too much. The price is reasonable considering the amount of time I save each day. I organised all my tools in a folder so I can open them up with 1 single click. I understand that password management might be on the cards, so are cname and team members. I cannot wait.
  • (2021-12-14) Ta3allam Online: THANKS for ur efforts. But, I believe you should make different layouts (where we can choose from). I vote for a board layout (the old list view is so bad the normal bookmarking of google is fine compared to it). wish u the best
  • (2021-12-07) Dawid: Paid extension
  • (2021-11-15) Sergio Vazquez II: This is both useless and HIDEOUS. Better-Onetab BLOWS this away!
  • (2021-06-09) Figure7 Support: For me a perfect plugin. Bought the lifetime option. I don't have that manu bookmarks (maye 100) but it is very conveniant to have them al sorted out and quick and easy accessible. You should try this.
  • (2021-02-06) Allison Shoemaker: This extension saved my ADHD life! Now I can keep how ever many tabs I need on hand and ready to use without putting my computer through a months-long marathon of background refresh. The organization feature is just icing on the cake. I wouldn't change a thing!
  • (2021-02-03) arif setiawan: Must have app..for better productivity
  • (2020-12-16) Karim Soliman: Perfect Solution for Million Tabs I love where I can save different folders for different tabs, access them from different browsers/devices, and the awesome feature to share a specific folder with my colleagues for a specific period.
  • (2020-12-05) Sven Hofians: If you see TabsFolder only as a bookmark manager it is "ok" but nothing too special. The really brilliant part is, that you can save all tabs of a window with one click (shortcut) and restore all the tabs to a new window with a double click, when you later need it. So you can save all the tabs you need for a specific topic. - Let's say, you work on project A and need some websites for that. - But you also want to plan your vacation and need some other sites. - And you want to shop some presents which means you need quite a few tabs with shopping sites open. With TabsFolders you don't need to keep all those tabs open all the time. You can concentrate on one topic and when you are ready to switch -> you can super easy recreate all the tabs you need for the new topic. _______________ What I like Icon of the Website is shown (a basic feature - but good that it's there (it is missing in the web interface)) search is quick and finds part of words (some tools only find whole words) opening a folder recognizes an already open window with this set and brings it into focus left and right panel to sort bookmarks and to have an eye on two main topics (folders) I can close a browser window with many open tabs and get asked if I want to save the changes (and it even shows which tabs have changed) -> brilliant! This even works if the browser window you close is the last one open -> the save dialog is shown the next time you open the browser again :-) So yes, this is an extension I even paid for. Before using TabsFolders I had 30 or 40 open tabs at a time - it was a mess. This is the first concept that works for me and helps me to not lose control of all the websites I use over the day.
  • (2020-11-16) Tabs Folders: Dear TabsFolders Fans, We have just published version 1.2.23. It has the following new features: 1)Updated sorting options. 2)Copy URLs to clipboard. 3)Updated fuzzy search algorithms. Looking forward to your feedback.
  • (2020-11-09) Jason Wong: Quick support and works great! I have been a long time Toby user, but as my number of bookmarks grew - it started to get messy. I gave TabsFolder a try - it's very fast and helps keeps all my bookmarks clean and organised.
  • (2020-10-25) K D: Good software engineering but pricing revenue model is not going to work. I have tried at least 10 different bookmark/session/tab/window managers out there. So far the strongest contenders in terms of the designs and implementations are tabsfolders and workona. Most other extensions do not understand clearly the complex concepts involved, that is they skip steps and do not capture the full conceptual relations of "opened tabs", "running sessions", "saved bookmarks/workspaces", "computers", and "shared workspaces" etc. So they end up lacking features needed. However, asking for most people to pay 10 dollars a month for this is simply a pipe dream. People are not willing to pay 10 dollars a month for netflix!!! I would not recommend this product until they figure out a much much cheaper pricing model and perhaps generate their revenue from other means.

  • (2020-07-28) Mohammed Abdulatef: Slow development. Customer support do not reply to emails. Bad UI/UX Not really good.
  • (2019-05-13) Chris Moore: The best tab extension on the market. Love that it works across different browsers!

Latest issues

  • (2023-03-15, v:2.0.1) Tom Martin: Exclude all subfolders of Bookmark Bar
Almost everyone periodically cleans up their Bookmarks Bar folder by deleting or moving bookmarks to subfolders. But maddeningly NOT A SINGLE EXTENSION exists that searches only the primary folder, ignoring all subfolders. With Chrome and most others, all you know is that those bookmarks will show up at or very close to the bottom. This would be acceptable if the folder name was present but few even do that. I read your Advanced Search doc but it wasn't clear to me - can you ignore subfolders? If not, do you at least show which bookmarks are in subfolders?
  • (2022-07-13, v:1.8.0) Grant Millar: Some questions and feedback
    1. I couldn’t figure out how to add tabs easily because I didn’t realise that the ‘Window’ rows were my active sessions. Maybe I just skipped through the tutorial too quickly? The only thing I remembered about how to save tabs is that I can use the Chrome Extension icon and click ‘Save’ when I’m looking at my open session. 2. When I figured out that each of the headings titled ‘Window’ were active sessions in the browser (I had multiple windows open), I chose to right-click and ‘Save’. I wanted to create a new folder for the saved item to go into, but couldn’t see where the ‘Create folder’ option was. I thought the logical place would be near where the drop-down option is to choose a folder, rather than on the other side. It could even be the very top option of the drop-down menu, rather than a separate button. 3. I like that there’s an option to ‘Close stored tabs’. 4. I like that I can right-click to rename the saved folders. I also like that it’s clean and doesn’t automatically show you the URL; however, I think it would be nice to have an option to easily see a URL so you know where the link takes you. 5. I want to be able to change the icon for saved tabs. Is that an option? 6. I absolutely LOVE that I can open an entire group of bookmarks in one hit. It means that when I start up my PC, I can easily open all of my usual sites in one hit. It also means if I have a set of tabs I want to open for a certain project, I can open everything in one hit. LOVE this! 7. Creating new subfolders isn’t intuitive. I thought I should be able to click on the main folder header (like the ‘Bookmarks’ folder, for instance) and right-click to have an option to create a subfolder. I messed around, looking for this functionality for several minutes, and I still can’t figure it out. 8. I like the option to have quick-access items, to segregate a few links that you don’t want to have to go looking for and always use. Another great time saver. 9. I love that there’s a dark mode! 10. It would be great to have different views other than just the list view. 11. Search feature is great for those who have heaps of tabs and want to find it without navigating!

  • (2015-08-01, v:0.12.0) Artem Russkikh: Loss tabs
    1. I open new linked window with my tabs from folder 2. Open new tab 3. Close TabsFolders window 4. Close my window with my tabs TabsFolder didn't ask for saving changes, so i loss my new opened tab
