Open a YouTube playlist in a new tab, removing the playlist part of the url.

Adds a right-click menu item to open a YouTube video in a playlist, but without the playlist. For when you just want to watch that one video with no autoplay.
Index of the first video in playlist can be changed in the extension settings page (try changing this if the video just before or after what you're clicking on opens instead). Focusing of created tab can also be toggled in the same settings page.
